What are the requirements to lead a Grow Group?
To lead a Grow Group, you must:
- Be an active Concord member for at least six months
- Have participated in a Grow Group at 50% or above
- Complete Growth Track

Can I create my own group?
Absolutely! Once you meet all the requirements above, you’re welcome to start a group that fits your passion, season of life, or area of interest.
How many people can be in a Grow Group?
Each group has 3–12 participants to help build intimate connection and community.
How many groups can I join?
We strongly encourage you to join one group so you can fully invest, build community, and walk alongside people in similar life seasons.
Do I have to stay in the same group forever?
No. You can switch groups if you desire. Grow Groups are designed to give you flexibility.
Are Grow Groups year-round?
We offer seasonal and year-round options. Please check the Grow Group Directory for details.
What if the group I want to join is full?
- Give it a couple of weeks as leaders confirm who is attending.
- Check the directory again for availability.

What if I don’t see a group that fits me?
You can try another group that interests you—or consider starting your own if you meet the leadership requirements!
Do Grow Groups participate in community service?
Yes! We encourage leaders and groups to serve together in the community.
Opportunities may include Harmony, Bless Dallas Day, or service projects that align with your group’s mission.
Do Grow Groups do fellowship activities?
Absolutely! We encourage groups to spend time together outside of Bible study to build deeper relationships and have fun together.
