Sunday, June 14, 2020 - Saturday, June 20, 2020
Students encounter God through biblical teaching, worship, fellowship, missions and ministry involvement.
Our ministry provides several weekly programs that include live music, meaningful fellowship, and relevant teaching. Many of these programs present opportunities for students to creatively express their faith.
Students help lead our worship times and bring their talents and gifts as a service.
Wednesday After Third Sunday (WATS)
A time of food, fun, fellowship, and expressions of faith.
All Other Wednesdays (AOW)
We partner with parents towards getting the church and the home on the same page. We use a proven national strategy called “Orange”. When “red” (the family) comes together with “yellow” (the church) the combined influence creates a major impact orange. We aspire for students to discover God, take ownership of their faith, and become positive influencers among their friends.
Adults and teens have ample opportunities to volunteer at Concord and in our community. Below are ministry areas where our students get to make a valuable contribution and learn the value of serving others.
We grow students to greet everyone who enters the church with a warm, friendly greeting, smile and handshake, and to encourage our students to take on leadership roles within the ministry.
Wednesdays before 3rd Sundays | 7:30 - 8:30 PM | Faith Sanctuary
We grow students by enlightening Christian youth through the knowledge of usher techniques and Christian standards.
Wednesdays | 7:30 - 8:30 PM | E203
We grow students by training them to be leaders and sharing their faith through service within the community and church.
Wednesdays | 7:30 - 8:30 PM | Student Worship Area
We grow students by equipping them to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through song and to encourage believers in their walk with Christ.
3rd Sundays in March, June, September, and December 11:30 - 12:30 | Fellowship Hall
We grow students by teaching them to provide a safe and friendly Christian atmosphere while welcoming worshippers and rendering Five Star service with Christian love.
Wednesdays | 7:30 – 8:30 PM | Student Worship Area
We grow students to create and facilitate cutting edge technology in audio and video production.
Wednesdays | 7:30 – 8:30 PM | Student Lounge
This hallmark event in the life of Concord began over 38 years ago under the leadership and vision of our founding pastor, Dr. E.K. Bailey along with Sister Mae Frances Smith, Sister Peggy Caldwell, and Sister Frances Riley. Pastor Bailey’s vision was to highlight the accomplishments of our youth and prepare and present them to Christian society. At Concord, we not only present them to Christian society, but we also present them to the Lord!ADSPAYMENT BANQUET TICKETSSTUDENT PROFILE
