Concord Church

This year the E.K. Bailey International Expository Preaching Conference and S.T.A.N.D. Conference will provide a limited number of conference registration scholarships.  Scholarship recipients are responsible for their own travel, incidentals and hotel costs.  Scholarships do not include luncheon tickets to the Living Legend and Ladies Luncheons.

Scholarships will be awared to:

Full time students with a minimum of 9 hours and
Pastors whose church membership is 200 members or less.

To apply for these scholarships, please submit the following information to the E.K. Bailey International Expository Preaching Conference by: Thursday, April 29, 2010

Pastor's Scholarship:

• Complete conference registration form
• Brief essay (100 words or less) on the following topic:
  • Why I should receive a scholarship?
• Church affiliation and Senior Pastor's name
• Tenure as a Pastor
• Other training received
• Marital status and # of dependents
• Indicate whether your request includes your spouse
• Vision and/or Mission of your church

Student's Scholarship:

• Complete conference registration form
• Brief essay (100 words or less) on the following topic:
  • Why I should receive a scholarship?
• Church affiliation and Senior Pastor's name
• Responsibilities held at your local church
• Name of School/Copy of I.D./Transcript
• Academic program in which you are enrolled
• Indicate whether your request includes your spouse

S.T.A.N.D. Scholarship:

Individuals, who are currently enrolled in an academic course of study, are ministry leaders or who are currently serving as the First Lady of a church or widow of a Pastor are eligible to apply.

• Complete conference registration form
• Write a brief essay (100 words or less) on the topic Why I should be awarded a S.T.A.N.D. Women’s Conference scholarship”
• List your Church affiliation and Senior Pastor’s Name
• Tell us about the responsibilities you hold and ministries in which you are involved at your local church (if any)
• Tell us about other training you have received (if any)
• Indicate the name of your school and the program of study in which you are enrolled( students only)
• Provide us with a copy of your school identification card and a transcript of your course of study  (students only)

You must submit your completed application by mail, fax, or email on or before April 29, 2010
