The Office of Administration is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Concord Church, which includes the pastoral and administrative staff, facilities use and maintenance, security, and oversight of the CMBC Learning Center and the Concord Senior Center.

Parking Lot Ministry: To provide a safe and friendly Christian atmosphere while welcoming all worshippers desiring to park their vehicles and rendering Five Star service with Christian love.
Meeting Times: Quarterly in March, June, Sept and Dec on third Saturday at 9am.

Harmony on the Go Magazine Ministry: With distribution once a quarter, this publication serves as a strong communication tool for the Concord Church by reporting on events and happenings. Our mission is to serve Concord by providing a publication that encourages spiritual growth, informs, educates and delivers the message of Jesus Christ.
Meeting Times: January, April, July, October-2nd Saturday of the month, 10 a.m.

Medical Ministry: Promotes faith based health, wellness and disease prevention to the Concord membership and community through strategies that focus on awareness, prevention and health disparities.

Transportation Ministry: The Concord Church Transportation Ministry is an outreach ministry designed to provide safe and dependable transportation service to members of the church and the broader community to and from Christ-centered activities. These activities consist of Sunday morning and mid-week services, and senior mission meetings, and some special events.
Meeting Times: 2nd Saturdays in Classroom B from 10-11am September – May

Information Desk Ministry: Our information desk ministry is designed to assist, direct, and connect guest, members, callers and outside organizations with finding appropriate areas of our church. This ministry serves to answer questions and handle phone inquiries, on Saturday mornings, during Sunday morning and mid-week worship services, and some special events.
Meeting Times: Every 4th Saturday, 10am-11am

Third Base Ministry (Spiritual Gifts Assessment and Ministry Placement): The Third Base Ministry Team equips new and current members in determining where they can best serve the membership of Concord and the Body of Christ using our Spiritual Gifts Assessment and Ministry Fair processes. We are all different parts of His one body, and each of us has a unique work to do.
