Our Mission
Our mission is to creatively, compassionately, and courageously transform and impact the lives of young adults in our church and community through Christian principles by developing Godly relationships, demonstrating spiritual growth, and striving to discover God’s purpose for our lives.

College Care Packages
Attention Parents! upLIFT would like to be a blessing to your college student. If you would like for your student to receive a college care package, CLICK HERE & submit their information online today! Registration Deadline Wednesday, February 22nd.
Scholarship Drive
Applications for the 2012 Concord Scholarship Drive are now being accepted. The deadline to apply is March 23rd. Late applications or those mailed to an address other than the post office will not be considered. Successful applicants will be notified on or before May 4, 2012.
UpLIFT Bible Study
