The Iron Sharpens Iron Men’s Ministry is here to REACH, STRENGTHEN and ENCOURAGE men to make a difference wherever they are in life. Our ministry strategy is based on the following components
Reach
Every man has a sense of belonging. He wants to be a part of a team, group or band of brothers. As a guest, attendee or member of Concord, our strategy is to REACH every man so that he becomes part of the “Iron Sharpens Iron” Men’s Ministry as an IRON MAN.
MANCAMP
MAN Camp is our Saturday morning breakfast fellowship meeting. At MAN Camp, you will have an opportunity to connect with other men, enjoy a great breakfast prepared by our cooking team and hear a relevant message from a speaker on a subject related to manhood. FELLOWSHIP

Strengthen
Our strategy to grow and STRENGTHEN men is through Growth Groups and Men’s Fraternity. In this environment, men are challenged to grow in their relationship with God, their family and others.
MEN'S FRATERNITY
Men's Fraternity is a series of three one-year-long studies, beginning with The Quest for Authentic Manhood, followed by Winning at Work and Home, and ending with The Great Adventure. Men's Fraternity provides men with an encouraging process that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God.

GROWTH GROUPS
We believe that Growth Groups are the best avenue to develop your relationship with God, their family and others. We have several growth groups available in the Community Groups and on Wednesday Nights at The Bridge. Go to our Concord Church Growth Groups site to find the right men’s Growth Group for you.

- REACH Team
- Responsible for engaging men to the Concord Church and ISI Men’s Ministry
- Responsible for planning REACH activities such as Daddy Daughter Dance, MAN Camp and Golf Tournament
- STRENGTHEN Team
- Responsible for identifying and developing men to become Small Group leaders and facilitators
- Responsible for directing men to Small Groups
- Responsible for establishing mentoring relationships for men
- ENCOURAGE Team
- Responsible for connecting men in a missions or ministry volunteer opportunity
