2010 Missions and Evangelism
Ministry Theme: GO AND BE
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of age."
Matthew 28:19-20
Jesus commanded his disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. This means that we need to be intentional about reaching the unreached. The goal of the Missions and Evangelism ministry is to encourage, equip, and empower ordinary people to adopt a lifestyle of serving the physical, social and spiritual needs of those in their sphere of influence. This year we challenge you to "Go and Be" difference makers. As you GO about your normal everyday activities, we want you to be intentional about BEing the church. We have created several opportunities for you to get equipped and empowered to make a difference for Jesus Christ.
