Concord's Council of Elders are called and appointed by God, confirmed by the church leadership, and are charged with leading, teaching, feeding, protecting and church discipline. Pastor Bryan L. Carter serves as Chairman of the Council and Dr. Wright L. Lassiter, Jr. serves as Vice Chairman.
